All credit purchases are final. Once a credit purchase is completed and the credits are added to your LoraMind account, the purchase cannot be cancelled and is not refundable.
This policy applies to digital credits sold by Vel Industries through the LoraMind Platform.
- Credits purchased through the Platform are digital goods. All completed credit purchases are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, whether the credits have been used in full, used in part, or remain unused.
- You are responsible for reviewing the credit quantity, price, and payment details before confirming a purchase.
- Unused credits will remain available in your account in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions, but they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred for value, or refunded.
- If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, charged an incorrect amount, or charged for a transaction that did not add credits to your account, you should report the payment issue to LoraMind for investigation. A verified duplicate or incorrect charge may be corrected at the discretion of Vel Industries.
- Nothing in this policy limits any refund or remedy that Vel Industries is required to provide under applicable law.
